About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leadership and development of our sales team (3 sales reps + external support)
  • Ensuring excellent sales execution in B2B enterprise new business
  • Actively supporting critical deals: leading workshops, joining meetings, securing closures
  • Responsible for pipeline quality, forecasting and target achievement
  • Close collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success within the Customer Domain
  • Preparing and shaping the scaling of new business (toward 2027)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience as Head of Sales or a comparable role in the B2B enterprise space
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong operational proximity – you can lead and sell
  • Clarity, consistency and ownership in decision-making
  • Hunger for growth, even when things are already going well
  • Industry background in HR Tech or Corporate Health (nice-to-haves)
  • Marketing or Customer Success experience (nice-to-haves)
