About the role
- Managing and developing a sizable customer portfolio through scalable, digital measures (e.g., email campaigns, webinars, etc.)
- Supporting the onboarding of new customers and ensuring a successful start with the product
- Analyzing usage data and deriving actions to increase engagement and satisfaction
- Handling customer inquiries via ticketing systems and digital support channels
- Maintaining customer data and documentation in the CRM
- Designing and implementing automated customer success campaigns (e.g., lifecycle emails, reminders, training formats)
- Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales to provide customer feedback
- Identifying risks and growth opportunities across the customer journey
Requirements
- Some experience in customer-facing roles, support, sales, or customer success (e.g., internship or working student role)
- Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers
- Interest in SaaS products, digital tools, and data-driven work
- Analytical thinking and the ability to set priorities
- Very good German and good English language skills
- University degree or comparable qualification (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, IT) – or relevant practical experience
