About the role

  • Lead and further develop our sales team (3 Sales Representatives + external support)
  • Ensure excellent sales execution in the B2B enterprise new-business segment
  • Actively support critical deals: lead workshops, participate in meetings, and secure closures
  • Take responsibility for pipeline quality, forecasting, and achieving targets
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success within the Customer domain
  • Prepare and help shape the scaling of new-business activities (towards 2027)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as Head of Sales or in a comparable role in the B2B enterprise environment
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong closeness to operational reality – you can both lead and sell
  • Clarity, consistency, and ownership in decision-making
  • Appetite for growth, even when things are already going well
  • Industry background in HR Tech or Corporate Health (nice-to-have)
  • Experience in Marketing or Customer Success (nice-to-have)
