About the role
- Lead and further develop our sales team (3 Sales Representatives + external support)
- Ensure excellent sales execution in the B2B enterprise new-business segment
- Actively support critical deals: lead workshops, participate in meetings, and secure closures
- Take responsibility for pipeline quality, forecasting, and achieving targets
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success within the Customer domain
- Prepare and help shape the scaling of new-business activities (towards 2027)
Requirements
- Several years of experience as Head of Sales or in a comparable role in the B2B enterprise environment
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong closeness to operational reality – you can both lead and sell
- Clarity, consistency, and ownership in decision-making
- Appetite for growth, even when things are already going well
- Industry background in HR Tech or Corporate Health (nice-to-have)
- Experience in Marketing or Customer Success (nice-to-have)
