About the role
- Build a scalable, repeatable system that transforms strategy into shipped value
- Design and orchestrate the organization-wide Product Operating System
- Craft seamless interfaces between Engineering/Data Science/Operations/Product Management and Sales/GTM
- Establish a governance framework with meaningful gates
- Build frameworks for measurement, learning, and experimentation
- Lead initiatives that elevate AI adoption
- Implement capacity planning and portfolio management systems
- Coach PMs and partners on templates and decision hygiene
Requirements

- Experience in product management
- Strong analytical skills
- Expertise in cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in AI or healthcare is a plus
