About the role
- Independently own sales and business development activities in your region
- Take responsibility from day one
- Identify and acquire new customers within your sales territory
- Work the territory in a structured manner and maximize sales-pipeline potential
- Advise customers and communicate enthusiasm for the solution
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from A to Z
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term, trusting customer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment
- Ideally a background in the construction industry
- Experience with construction machinery or comparable vehicles
- Ambition, resilience and strong closing skills
- Confident and personable appearance
- High service and customer orientation
- Structured, goal-oriented and self-organized way of working
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Negotiation-level English
- Driving license class B and willingness to visit customers on the road
