About the role

  • Independently own sales and business development activities in your region
  • Take responsibility from day one
  • Identify and acquire new customers within your sales territory

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Ideally a background in the construction industry
  • Experience with construction machinery or comparable vehicles
  • Ambition, resilience and strong closing skills
  • Confident and personable appearance
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Structured, goal-oriented and self-organized way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Negotiation-level English
  • Driving license class B and willingness to visit customers on the road
