About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle initial lead contact;
Conduct consultative qualification, understanding each client's context and needs;
Accurately identify opportunities and route them appropriately;
Manage the sales pipeline, tracking every stage of the funnel;
Keep the CRM organized and up to date;
Execute strategic follow-ups to ensure opportunities progress;
Perform a complete handover to the Closer;
Participate in training and development programs to improve commercial skills and knowledge of the legal market;
Contribute to achieving the company's sales targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Investigative and diagnostic abilities;
Accurate opportunity qualification;
Efficient management of the sales funnel;
Active listening and consultative communication;
Prioritization skills and focus on KPIs;
Proven experience as an SDR or Pre-Sales professional;
Experience with consultative lead qualification;
Proficiency in CRM and pipeline management;
Excellent verbal and written communication;
Organizational skills to conduct follow-ups and maintain commercial processes.
