About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop project plans, ensuring clear scope, objectives, risks, timelines and stakeholders involved.
- Manage and monitor project progress.
- Gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards.
- Lead and oversee system implementations and AI projects.
- Create and maintain a project risk matrix, identifying impacts, mitigations and preventive actions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support and execute cutover activities, ensuring a controlled transition between environments.
- Participate in the hypercare period, monitoring stabilization, fixes and post-implementation support.
- Work with a 360° project perspective, assessing technical, operational and business impacts.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, business users and executive committees.
- Monitor risks, dependencies and interactions between modules and integrated systems.
- Ensure project documentation is recorded, organized and tracked.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Information Systems or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Analyst, working on system implementation projects.
- Preferably proven experience implementing ERP systems.
- Experience implementing system modules.
- Experience with financial systems.
- Preferably experience with AI projects.
- Knowledge and experience with project risk matrices.
- Experience in planning and executing cutover activities.
- Experience supporting hypercare post-implementation.
- Advanced English.
