About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law degree completed in 2023 or 2024.
  • Active, in-good-standing registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience with strategic civil litigation.
  • Experience in judicial reorganization and bankruptcy matters.
  • Consultative experience, including drafting memoranda, legal opinions and conducting due diligence.
