About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handling medium- and high-complexity cases and a strategic case portfolio.
Drafting procedural documents and filings for all stages of the litigation process.
Representation in administrative and judicial proceedings before the MPT (Brazilian Public Labor Prosecutor's Office).
Conducting hearings and delivering oral arguments.
Providing legal advice on routine matters and on specific projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (complete).
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in good standing.
Advanced English.
Experience with strategic litigation.
Experience applying AI tools to support analysis and day-to-day tasks.
