About the role

  • Manage the system that tracks the company's service-provider registration requests (credentialing).
  • Execute the company's credentialing process as a service provider with clients and prospective clients.
  • Collect the information, documents, and signatures required for credentialing.
  • Interact with external and internal clients on credentialing requests.
  • Analyze the system to identify possible data inconsistencies and propose improvements.
  • Prepare reports on credentialing activities for presentation to management.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring the lifecycle/validity controls of Compliance policies, standards, and training.
  • Analyze data and compliance reports to identify non-conformities and recommend improvements.
  • Support Compliance department routines, analyze data, and propose improvements to Compliance and credentialing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of Compliance methodologies.
  • Experience with registrations/onboarding, compliance, audits, integrity programs, and third-party due diligence.
  • Intermediate to advanced written and spoken English (a plus).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and investigate root causes of inconsistencies.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail to accurately review and validate documents and information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Open to new challenges and interested in innovation, technology, and continuous improvement.
