About the role
- Manage the system that tracks the company's service-provider registration requests (credentialing).
- Execute the company's credentialing process as a service provider with clients and prospective clients.
- Collect the information, documents, and signatures required for credentialing.
- Interact with external and internal clients on credentialing requests.
- Analyze the system to identify possible data inconsistencies and propose improvements.
- Prepare reports on credentialing activities for presentation to management.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring the lifecycle/validity controls of Compliance policies, standards, and training.
- Analyze data and compliance reports to identify non-conformities and recommend improvements.
- Support Compliance department routines, analyze data, and propose improvements to Compliance and credentialing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of Compliance methodologies.
- Experience with registrations/onboarding, compliance, audits, integrity programs, and third-party due diligence.
- Intermediate to advanced written and spoken English (a plus).
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and investigate root causes of inconsistencies.
- Proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail to accurately review and validate documents and information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Open to new challenges and interested in innovation, technology, and continuous improvement.
