About the role
- Lead the project squad, promoting integration, direction, and efficiency in execution.
- Serve as the link between internal areas and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and proper information flow.
- Manage information, deadlines, documents and other key elements for project governance.
- Ensure structured execution of initiatives, maintaining organization and adherence to plans.
- Monitor indicators, results and deliverables, reporting periodically to leadership.
- Propose, implement and follow up on continuous improvements to processes, contributing to the area's development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid experience leading strategic projects, preferably in complex corporate or institutional environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Experience with governance methodologies and practices applied to projects.
- Leadership profile, clear communication, analytical mindset and results orientation.
