About the role
- Assist in corporate investigations, including developing investigation plans, identifying appropriate investigative resources, conducting fact-finding procedures such as document review and investigative interviews, identifying issues and root causes, and preparing investigation reports.
- Provide advice and oversight to internal investigators designated by clients and to governance bodies.
- Conduct background checks and structure third-party risk assessments.
- Advise on integrity due diligence procedures in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
- Conduct risk assessments related to compliance, human rights, and corporate governance.
- Support the drafting of legal defense submissions in administrative accountability proceedings and in negotiations of leniency agreements.
- Support the development, evaluation, and implementation of integrity policies and procedures, including Codes of Conduct, Anti‑Corruption Policy, and related materials.
Requirements
- Law degree completed (graduation date between Dec/2023 and Dec/2025).
- Advanced/Fluent English.
- Previous experience with compliance matters and corporate investigations.
