About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and optimize the CRM, ensuring data quality and an organized sales funnel;
- Build and monitor dashboards, reports, and sales performance metrics;
- Support the sales operation in standardizing and continuously improving sales processes;
- Develop and implement automations and AI-powered solutions to increase the sales team's productivity;
- Support leadership in tracking pipeline, forecasts, and results;
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure an efficient and scalable operation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related areas;
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot and/or RD Station;
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and analyzing sales metrics;
- Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to detail;
- Interest in and knowledge of AI applied to sales, automations, and process optimization;
- Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
