About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with a Copywriter to create branding and performance campaigns;
- Participate in interpreting and refining briefs, actively contributing to the development of creative concepts;
- Develop Key Visuals (KV) and visual identities for integrated campaigns;
- Adapt campaigns for different formats, such as social media, digital media, ads, presentations and corporate materials;
- Ensure high aesthetic standards, visual consistency and technical quality across all deliverables;
- Collaborate with creative leadership to continuously raise the standard of projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 4 years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio or communications company;
- Consistent portfolio with projects demonstrating strong art direction, campaign development and Key Visual skills;
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus;
- Ability to think conceptually and contribute to idea development beyond visual execution;
- Organized, detail-oriented and committed to delivery quality;
- Comfortable working in a team and developing creative solutions collaboratively.
