About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and develop content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube (captions, threads, short scripts, polls, calls-to-action);
- Create monthly content plans, editorial calendars and publishing workflows aligned with business objectives;
- Write articles, educational posts, case studies and blog pieces with a focus on SEO and audience relevance;
- Draft ads, landing pages, marketing emails and institutional materials (brochures, presentations, press releases);
- Develop scripts for corporate videos, campaigns, testimonials and social media content;
- Adjust tone, format and depth according to channel, persona and objective (B2B, B2C, technical, emotional);
- Present content performance metrics and use data to optimize future productions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in digital content production and social media;
- Excellent writing skills, strong creative range and the ability to transform technical briefs into clear, engaging narratives;
- Organized and able to manage multiple formats and simultaneous demands (blog, social, email, scripts);
- Understanding of the marketing funnel, communication objectives and business goals;
- Proficiency with publishing platforms, monitoring tools and analytics.
