About the role

  • Structure and operate CRM journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, taking into account differences by product, crop, region and stage of the crop cycle;
  • Configure and optimize flows in Journey Builder, including segmentations, triggers and personalizations;
  • Create and maintain Data Extensions, SQL segmentations and automations;
  • Implement communications via email, SMS/WhatsApp and Cloud Pages;
  • Integrate data and flows between Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud and external sources (resellers, distributors, internal systems);
  • Ensure governance, deliverability and data quality of the database;
  • Support B2B journeys with Pardot/Account Engagement when required;
  • Collaborate with internal teams at the agency and the client to translate business needs into CRM logic.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile, Cloud Pages);
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling and data manipulation;
  • Experience with AMPscript and/or SSJS is a significant advantage;
  • Understanding of integrations with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and APIs;
  • Experience in CRM, marketing automation and data-driven personalization;
  • Strong plus: experience in the agricultural segment, its crop cycles, crops and regional needs;
  • Desirable: experience with Pardot/Account Engagement for B2B flows;
  • Organized, analytical, collaborative profile with strong communication skills to work in an agency environment.
