About the role
- Form in-depth partnerships with customers and provide solutions that create comfort and efficiency in their buildings
- Identify, sell, and negotiate HVAC retrofit and tenant improvement projects
- Handle projects requiring ongoing HVAC maintenance contracts or quick turnaround tenant improvements
- Perform Project Management duties: effective cost and risk management, forecasting and billing, quality assurance, and timely execution
- Work across all levels and departments and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives
- Report to Mike Johnson, Director of Oregon BPG; be part of Service Special Projects Department
Requirements
- 3 years of prior Sales experience
- A great track record of delivering strategies to identify, pursue, and capture new business
- A degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or another related Technical degree is a plus
- Amazing at building relationships with internal and external customers
- Great at preparing and presenting effective sales proposals
- Detail-oriented when needed for managing in-progress projects (forecasting and billing, cost and risk management, quality assurance, etc.)
- A go-getter and problem-solver
- Motivated to partner with customers and anticipate their needs

- Base salary of $70,000 annually, plus commissions and vehicle compensation. Eligible for ramp up and bonus.
