About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support our maintenance base by primarily handling incoming requests for HVAC maintenance proposals.
Focus on inquiries from internal teams and external customers, developing tailored maintenance proposals for commercial buildings.
Proactively engage with current clients from other business units to propose warranty service maintenance scopes.
Foster strong internal integration and supportive working relationships with field teams, service managers, and other departments.
Deliver high-quality, timely maintenance proposals that clearly communicate the company’s capabilities.
Protect, maintain, and grow the customer base by converting inquiries into signed Service Agreements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication, customer service and follow-up skills
The ability to quickly understand customer needs
Expertise leveraging your product knowledge to build strong relationships and close deals
3-4 years of experience in a mechanical, sales or administrative role
