About the role
- Produce fully coordinated, accurate HVAC and plumbing system designs that meet project requirements, codes, and quality standards.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring schedules, budgets, and performance goals are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate project workflows, delegate tasks effectively, and guide team members to deliver on time and with precision.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure design intent aligns seamlessly with construction execution.
- Create and maintain detailed calculations, reports, and design drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Mentor and train team members to strengthen technical expertise, uphold company standards, and support professional growth.
- Drive process improvements and introduce new technologies that enhance design efficiency and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu is required.
- Experience in the construction or building systems industry is preferred.
