Key responsibilities & impact

Tackle complex business challenges by designing smart approaches and applying data-driven analysis to solve them.
Dive into exploratory analysis to uncover trends, generate insights, and test hypotheses.
Go beyond the “what” by uncovering the “why” and explaining what it all means for the business.
Build dashboards that keep key metrics and performance at everyone’s fingertips.
Assess new product features and operational changes through rigorous split testing, showing what truly works.
Translate data and insights into compelling stories that resonate with non-technical audiences.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and business teams to shape decisions and solutions.
Experiment with rapid prototypes for data science services, and partner with Data Engineers to bring them to life at scale.
Define the data implications of new product features before they launch.
Keep privacy and security at the core of everything you do.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience turning data into actionable insights that drive decisions.
Strong skills in Tableau (or similar tools) to design impactful dashboards and visualisations.
Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling stories for non-technical audiences.
A self-starter with initiative and ownership, able to deliver with autonomy.
Collaborative and confident partnering with stakeholders across the business.
A curious problem-solver with a solutions mindset, eager to tackle ambiguity and complexity.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where things move quickly.
