About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Management and ownership of the comms promotional calendar
  • Manage the execution, monitoring and measurement of CRM campaigns and their success
  • Work closely with internal business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns
  • Communicate campaign performance and results
  • Optimise new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Prepare variations for A/B testing and execute test plans
  • Ownership and execution of reputation management campaigns (eg. Trustpilot)
  • Develop and execute personalisation and segmentation strategies for key customer audiences
  • Cross-channel marketing automation creation, including Email, SMS, Push, and/or other engagement channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the martech trends and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in managing, executing and optimising CRM Campaigns
  • Experience working with various Marketing Automation & Customer Engagement platforms (Braze experience preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not required
  • Proficiency with the Google suite & online collaboration/ticketing tools e.g. JIRA, Coda, Confluence, etc. is desirable
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Passionate about Tech and making a real impact on people’s lives
