About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform project management and project oversight
Develop Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents for functional requirements affecting Mail.dat and Mail.XML technical file specifications
Manage, update, and maintain supported technical specifications and guides
Develop new specifications and guides for new or revised system functionality
Support Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT), including reviewing Technical Requirement Documents, developing and updating test scripts, and performing acceptance testing
Perform production validation through smoke testing and functional testing
Document testing outcomes, provide artifacts, TLSC documentation, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM)
Participate in mail industry meetings, forums, and Mailer Technical Advisory Committee workgroups, task groups, and user groups
Develop performance metrics to track and report Customer Acceptance Testing status
Develop automated test scripts
Develop training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and guides for impacted applications
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizenship is required
An active Public Trust level clearance is required
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in CS, IT, or another science-related field
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in technology or software development preferred
Experience as a business analyst; CBAP preferred
Experience with requirements management tools such as ALM, VersionOne, JIRA, and Confluence
Experience with software testing tools such as UFT and Selenium
Experience with database tools and analytics solutions using MicroStrategy, Oracle SQL, and Teradata
Experience using the O365 suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Visio, Teams, Workflow, and Power BI
Experience with SDLC methodologies
Experience managing or leading IT projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Project Management Professional or Scrum Master Certification
Experience with Mail.DAT and Mail.XML specifications highly desired but not required
Demonstrated experience with an automation testing tool using AI or similar
