About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute assigned configuration tasks across Core HR, workforce structures, self-service, and related HCM modules
Support configuration migration and validation across Sandbox, Development, UAT Staging, UAT, and Pre-Production environments
Build and execute test scripts; log, track, and retest defects
Maintain configuration workbooks and design documentation
Support data validation and reconciliation during migration dry runs
Contribute to contract deliverables, including release notes and status reporting inputs

Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizenship is required
An active Public Trust level clearance is required
Undergraduate degree, with equivalent years of experience accepted as a substitute
1–3 years of experience in HCM, ERP, or enterprise application configuration or support
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or a comparable cloud HCM platform
Strong attention to detail and comfort working within a documented change control process
Clear written communication
