About the role
- Acquire new B2B clients for Microsoft-focused consulting (permanent and contract roles).
- Position our consultant expertise to HR, IT, and procurement decision-makers.
- Leverage LinkedIn, email campaigns, and personal networks to initiate conversations.
- Act as strategic advisor, optimizing outreach funnels, scripts, and client onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with founder and consultants for seamless handoffs and client retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B client acquisition or sales, preferably in consulting or HR tech.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (we use Manatal) and outreach automation.
- Strategic thinking to co-develop processes, not just execute them.
- Self-driven with outcome-oriented mindset.
