About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct competitive, market trend, technology, and business model analyses to inform product strategy
  • Translate audience behavior data, content engagement patterns, and qualitative feedback into roadmap inputs
  • Own physician-facing product surfaces end to end, including the MDLinx destination, mobile app, and physician engagement products
  • Run continuous experience experimentation across information architecture, layout, recommendations, and onboarding
  • Maintain a test backlog with hypotheses, designs, results, and decisions
  • Own the roadmap for MDLinx commercial engagement products
  • Partner with Sales to translate pharmaceutical client needs into product features serving physicians and driving commercial revenue
  • Lead product release and go-to-market launch activities
  • Define launch strategy, messaging, success metrics, and cross-functional accountability
  • Track post-launch adoption and engagement metrics and drive iteration
  • Partner across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Leadership, and Client Services from ideation through launch and maintenance
  • Own cross-channel experience and cohesion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Product, Design, or a related field required
  • 7 to 10 years in product management, shipping sophisticated digital products to a demanding professional audience
  • Experience in premium media, publishing, subscription, or digital health
  • Demonstrated track record of owning both audience-growth and commercial-client lines simultaneously
  • Technically credible enough to read code, engage on architecture trade-offs, and write a specification engineering can start from the same day
  • Daily working fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Copilot, or equivalent
  • Has shipped or contributed to AI-driven product features, including personalization, recommendation, or content discovery
  • Experience with agile delivery as a practitioner and team leader
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Snowflake, Tableau, or Hotjar, or similar
  • Familiarity with content or media product stacks, including CMS and ESP/CDP
  • Participation in M3's AI training and upskilling is an expectation
