About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage multiple domestic and international qualitative studies through the entire project life cycle
- Manage clients, partners, and healthcare professional sample to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations
- Facilitate screening, scheduling, confirmation, and preparation of respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in-person IDIs, and online qualitative interviews
- Quickly replace no-shows, follow up with late respondents, and send last-minute materials when needed
- Set up and test surveys and screeners, monitor statistics, manage respondent honoraria, and close, audit, and invoice projects in a technology-based system
- Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings
- Provide regular recruitment-status updates and progress reports
- Identify fielding concerns and issues proactively
- Partner with sales and operations teams to address issues and improve study performance
- Manage vendor relationships to support timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution
- Monitor and account for project costs to manage study profitability
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Market Research Project Management team members as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of Market Research experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple qualitative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines
- Experience in quantitative project management preferred
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software platforms
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to meet study-specific and departmental objectives
