About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all aspects of the project life cycle for data collection from initiation through completion, including project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Review project documentation with the manager and flag issues that put timing, budget, or gross margin at risk
- Partner with Client Services to secure revised quotes when needed
- Lead internal project kickoff meetings with Sales, Panel, and Programming to finalize requirements, timelines, and schedules
- Work directly with clients to confirm materials and adjust plans as needed
- Provide clients with frequent status updates during fielding
- Recommend panel strategies to the panel team to maximize sample
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Ensure panelist incentive payments are issued promptly
- Provide Finance with metrics needed for billing and invoicing
- Ensure projects comply with ISO 20252/26362 standards, the Company's Quality Manual, applicable industry guidelines, regulatory requirements, and client requirements such as Adverse Event Reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in market research project management, preferably within healthcare
- Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or a similar platform
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail
- Self-motivated, with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work well and meet deadlines under pressure
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment
