About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate qualitative projects and assist the Project Manager to ensure project specs are met.
- Aide in recruitment of respondents on a project in local language.
- Finalize internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets.
- Manage and control vendors for allocated qualitative projects to exceed client expectations.
- Check deliverables from vendors.
- Negotiate costs with vendors and freelancers and manage their project progress.
- Maintain and develop relationships with freelancers and vendors on behalf of M3 Global Research.
- Liaise with clients on behalf of Project Managers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience in market research preferred, ideally in the medical/healthcare field.
- Native French speaking
- Exceptional time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly solve problems as they present.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and reprioritize throughout the day.
- Very strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment.
