About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage qualitative projects through entire project life cycle
  • Facilitate screening, scheduling and confirming of respondents for TDIs, focus groups, in-person IDIs, online qual interviews, etc.
  • Setup and testing of survey/screener, monitoring of statistics
  • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings for all assigned studies
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status
  • Proactively identify potential fielding concerns
  • Manage study profitability by monitoring and accounting for all project costs
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to members of the Market Research Project Management team as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have 2-3 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare
  • Preferably experience working with qualitative methodology
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Very strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
