About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure recruitment tasks are executed for projects in Belgium and Switzerland
Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists and conduct cold calling
Proactively plan and implement panel recruitment solutions
Provide project updates to management on progress and delivery
Ensure monthly registrations targets are met for Belgium and Switzerland
Call new registrants to confirm and update information
Work across systems to resolve inquiries and complaints
Ensure respondent inquiries are handled according to company policy
Build and maintain relationships with panel members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree level or equivalent experience
Fluency in Dutch and English
Knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, or German preferred
Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office tools, Internet, Social Media, e-mails
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills
Ability to ask probing questions and ensure audience support
