About the role
- Responsible for day-to-day management of multiple studies, both domestic and international.
- Actively manage all aspects of each project, ensuring successful project completion, on time and within budget.
- Manage qualitative projects through the entire project life cycle.
- Facilitate screening, scheduling and confirming of respondents for TDIs, focus groups, online interviews, etc.
- Setup and testing of survey/screener, monitoring of statistics, managing respondent honoraria.
- Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings for all assigned studies.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status.
- Partner with sales team members and operations staff to address issues and improve performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in Market Research.
- Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple qualitative projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in quantitative project management is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Very strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet objectives.
