About the role
- Oversees the full lifecycle of healthcare studies.
- Centers on media measurement and insights surveys.
- Manages day-to-day coordination with third-party sample, programming and data collection vendors.
- Translates research objectives into high-performing digital surveys.
- Develops complex skip logic, piping, and randomization.
- Conducts rigorous beta-testing of survey links to ensure technical accuracy.
- Acts as a primary point of contact for third-party panel providers.
- Monitors real-time fieldwork metrics to troubleshoot project bottlenecks.
- Maintains detailed project timelines to ensure reports are delivered on schedule.
- Manages project budgets and tracks external vendor costs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of healthcare market research project management experience.
- Direct experience conducting research with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs); familiarity with medical specialty terminology and HCP sampling challenges.
- Experience with media measurement surveys a plus.
- Understanding of survey software and mastery of survey logic.
- Experience with database management and email delivery platforms a plus.
- Strong ability to interpret fieldwork statistics, make data-driven decisions to optimize survey performance and “out-of-the-box problem solving”.
