Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
