About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns effectively
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and HR strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–5 years of HR experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
