About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help coordinate virtual interviews and HR meetings
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Prepare basic HR reports and documentation
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings (if required)
  • Support HR team in policy and process documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Interest in HR, recruitment, or people management
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment or job portals (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of HR tools (ATS systems) (preferred)
  • Prior internship or project experience in HR (preferred)
  • Time management and attention to detail (preferred)
