About the role

  • Coordinate and manage projects in BIM management, digital data workflows and AI-supported processes at the interface between our clients and our development team.
  • Analyze, structure and optimize building data across the entire lifecycle.
  • Support the implementation and further development of digital validation processes, automated workflows and AI applications.
  • Get familiar with standards, guidelines and BIM conventions.
  • Coordinate with development teams on functional requirements, data flows and AI solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, guidelines and project reports.
  • Perform functional testing and validation of software and AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Completed degree (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Civil Engineering, Construction Informatics, Digital Construction, Computer-Aided Modeling and Simulation, BIM or a related field.
  • Interest in BIM-based asset management, digital data processes and AI-supported applications.
  • Analytical, structured and precise working style.
  • Responsible, self-motivated and communicative personality who enjoys working in project teams with clients.
  • Very good German skills; English skills are a plus.
  • No extensive professional experience required, but you should have completed some internships — motivation, structured working and your personality are decisive for us.
