About the role
- Manage the complete sales process — from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Deliver compelling, consultative demos that connect Chord’s platform to customer business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless implementation and retention.
- Refine messaging, process, and playbooks to build a scalable, repeatable sales motion.
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline goals.
Requirements
- 3–7 years in SaaS or eCommerce technology sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Familiarity with digital-native brands, DTC operators, and eCommerce ecosystems.
- Strong consultative selling, storytelling, and technical fluency.
- Motivated, curious, and entrepreneurial — thrives in early-stage environments.
- Collaborative, proactive, and aligned with Chord’s mission to empower modern brands through data.
