About the role

  • Build backend infrastructure for emotional intelligence layer
  • Design and ship scalable and emotionally aware systems
  • Own backend surface area including auth, APIs, and orchestration
  • Build tools and custom memory pipelines tied to user context
  • Manage AWS infrastructure and innovate with new technologies
  • Design emotion-aware backend systems that adapt to user behavior

Requirements

  • 6 - 15 years of experience in backend or full-stack development
  • Experience with C#/.NET/ASP.NET, Java/Spring, and Python microservices
  • Knowledge of dependency injection, Strategy Pattern, and code maintainability
  • Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and services like Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, etc.
  • Experience with ML-based products and emotional intelligence systems
  • Ability to manage and architect backend systems and CI/CD processes
