About the role

  • Provide analytical and operational support across Doc Prep and other CAM functional areas.
  • Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure service‑level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Serve as a quality review function, acting as a second set of eyes on work completed.
  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives, including project‑based work and workflow redesign.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, spreadsheets, and analyses using intermediate Excel skills.

Requirements

  • Associate degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 or more years’ related experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
