About the role
- Review, internalize, and refine campaign requirements to ensure they are complete, consistent, clear, and testable.
- Partner with Quality Assurance (QC), business stakeholders, analytics teams, and channel managers to review refined requirements.
- Develop detailed technical specifications that translate approved business requirements into Customer 360 data assets within the Amperity platform.
- Build high‑quality, testable SQL and campaign components leveraging Amperity capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the QC team during test case execution.
- Analyze and remediate defects, data issues, or gaps identified through QC testing.
- Continuously internalize and deepen understanding of the Customer 360 data platform.
- Collaborate with the manager and team to plan work, identify dependencies, and surface potential blockers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years higher education and/ or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years related experience
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Knowledge of the types of issues data can have
- Basic knowledge of data management
- Advanced skills in Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Basic knowledge of statistics, data science techniques and tools
- Data curious
