About the role

  • Support the credit risk management program and strategic initiatives through oversight and effective documentation of processes and procedures
  • Lead or support high-priority initiatives from planning through execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for initiatives
  • Drive timely execution of initiative tasks and manage escalation of issues
  • Prepare professional reporting and presentations for Governance Committees and Executive Management
  • Adhere to company risk and regulatory standards and escalate risk-related issues as appropriate
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive environment aligned with the organization’s values

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years’ proven initiative management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ initiative management experience
  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages
  • Previous Commercial Credit/lending experience or relevant financial services industry experience
  • Risk Management foundational knowledge
  • Experience with the development of visualization and reporting solutions
  • Power BI experience
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices
