About the role
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Conduct regular check ins to assess customer satisfaction and changing needs.
- Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, or product availability.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed Sales Targets and Goals
- Advise customers on menu planning, pricing, and sourcing alternatives.
- Present and sample products based on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with Transportation and Purchasing to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to purchasing marketing teams regarding customer demand and product gaps.
Requirements
- 2-5 Years Sales Management experience
- Good Driving Record
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
