About the role
- Advise and provide support to customers worldwide
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
- Acquire new customers through proactive telephone outreach
- Receive and review customer inquiries, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and performing follow-up
- Work closely with the sales team, business partners, and the applications and design engineering team, acting as a competent point of contact
- Coordinate delivery schedules
- Maintain and update master data
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Experience in international sales (preferably with technical products)
- Strong results and service orientation, with an independent and meticulous working style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and enjoyment in interacting with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
- Native Spanish speaker with very good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of additional languages, such as Portuguese and German, is an advantage
- Openness to change and to new ways of working
- Willingness to learn new software and tools
