About the role

  • Advise and provide support to customers worldwide
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
  • Acquire new customers through proactive telephone outreach
  • Receive and review customer inquiries, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and performing follow-up
  • Work closely with the sales team, business partners, and the applications and design engineering team, acting as a competent point of contact
  • Coordinate delivery schedules
  • Maintain and update master data

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Experience in international sales (preferably with technical products)
  • Strong results and service orientation, with an independent and meticulous working style
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and enjoyment in interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
  • Native Spanish speaker with very good written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of additional languages, such as Portuguese and German, is an advantage
  • Openness to change and to new ways of working
  • Willingness to learn new software and tools
