About the role

  • Advise and provide support to customers worldwide
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
  • Acquire new customers through telephone outreach
  • Receive and review customer inquiries, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, business partners, and the application and design engineering team, acting as a competent point of contact
  • Coordinate delivery schedules
  • Maintain and update master data

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training/education
  • Experience in international sales (preferably with technical products)
  • Strong results- and service-orientation, working independently and meticulously
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness and enjoyment of interacting with customers
  • Proficient in common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Native Spanish speaker with a very good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of other languages, such as Portuguese and German, is a plus
  • Openness to change and new ways of working
  • Willingness to learn new software and tools
