About the role

  • Onboarding (account creation, provisioning of access rights, groups and roles/profiles)
  • Internal movements (team/role changes and access adjustments)
  • Offboarding (complete revocation, account deactivation, removal of groups and critical accesses)
  • Ensure correct execution of defined processes, maintaining SLAs, quality standards and audit evidence.
  • Conduct and support periodic access reviews (access review / recertification) with managers and system-owning teams.
  • Operate in access control and governance, reinforcing:
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD) where applicable
  • Temporary access (when necessary) with expiration and traceability
  • Handle access requests with a critical approach: validate necessity, correct approval, least-privilege scope and proper recording.
  • Serve as the operational point of reference for the topic, supporting continuous improvement of workflows, templates, checklists and routines.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing access in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, Git, etc.
  • Extremely meticulous with confidential information.
  • Practical experience with identity and access management (IAM) routines in corporate environments.
  • Experience with onboarding, offboarding, access modifications and periodic access reviews.
  • Ability to maintain operational organization and control (checklists, evidence, traceability, documentation).
  • Good communication skills to interact with colleagues, managers, IT/Infrastructure, product and engineering teams, and system owners.
  • Sense of urgency balanced with quality: fast execution without compromising security and compliance.
