About the role
- Monitor and deliver sales targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs)
- Develop local networks and craft sales and marketing strategies to drive growth
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns and fine-tune them to drive results
- Produce comprehensive reporting that shapes future strategies
- Handle DSR inventory and manage audit recommendations in line with company policies
- Build strong customer relationships and represent M-KOPA’s brand values
- Shape strategies and inspire the team to unlock better livelihoods through affordable products
Requirements
- Experience in Sales within FinTech, Microfinance, Telecommunications, FMCG, or related industries
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Experience recruiting, training, and mentoring field-based Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs)
- Ability to develop local networks and craft sales and marketing strategies
- Experience monitoring and analyzing marketing campaigns and producing comprehensive reporting
- Process-oriented mindset; experience managing DSR inventory and addressing audit recommendations
- Strong leadership, team motivation, and relationship-building skills
