Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or training
- Background in sales or marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to craft and deliver training programs
- Experience onboarding and coaching DSRs (Direct Sales Representatives)
- Analytical and adaptable strategist
- Motivational and coaching skills
