About the role

  • Collect, analyze, and present data related to Telesales/Retention products & activities across all countries
  • Offer insights to help standardize campaign reporting/trackers and guide strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain campaign reports and dashboards tracking call volume, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue generation
  • Assess performance and optimize telesales strategies across countries
  • Collaborate with telesales managers and reporting analysts in-market to deliver customized insights
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and training to address business challenges
  • Work closely with IT and data operations to ensure automation, data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline reporting workflows
  • Train telesales management/analysts on reporting tools and interpretation of data
  • Report to the Group Head of Retention Operations; hybrid role

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Operations leadership, reporting, or analytics role, preferably in Telesales Campaigns or a Call Center environment
  • Great understanding of Telesales Campaign Management
  • Strong analytical skills and data visualization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Looker), telephony platforms, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling
  • Experience delivering training and ad-hoc analysis
  • Experience working with IT and data operations to ensure automation and data integrity
