About the role
- Collect, analyze, and present data related to Telesales/Retention products & activities across all countries
- Offer insights to help standardize campaign reporting/trackers and guide strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain campaign reports and dashboards tracking call volume, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue generation
- Assess performance and optimize telesales strategies across countries
- Collaborate with telesales managers and reporting analysts in-market to deliver customized insights
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and training to address business challenges
- Work closely with IT and data operations to ensure automation, data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline reporting workflows
- Train telesales management/analysts on reporting tools and interpretation of data
- Report to the Group Head of Retention Operations; hybrid role
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Operations leadership, reporting, or analytics role, preferably in Telesales Campaigns or a Call Center environment
- Great understanding of Telesales Campaign Management
- Strong analytical skills and data visualization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Looker), telephony platforms, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling
- Experience delivering training and ad-hoc analysis
- Experience working with IT and data operations to ensure automation and data integrity
