About the role
- Receive products, check quantities, and ensure inventory accuracy
- Handle returns and manage products returned to the warehouse
- Keep shops clean, organized, and attractive for customers
- Assist customers with product upgrades, answer questions, and solve problems
- Create reports to track daily activities and record all stock movements
- Ensure stores are ready to serve customers and maintain retail space standards
Requirements
- College diploma or degree in any field
- Good with Excel and comfortable working with numbers
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Experience in customer service or stock management preferred
- Ability to assist customers with product upgrades and resolve issues
