About the role

  • Drive sales growth by proactively introducing and selling M-KOPA products to existing customers
  • Connect with existing customers over the phone to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty
  • Handle inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly
  • Maintain high call quality benchmarks by delivering accurate and complete information
  • Meet expected talk time and call handling benchmarks while managing interactions efficiently to achieve daily and weekly targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular feedback to the Telesales Team Lead
  • Report directly to the Telesales Team Lead

Requirements

  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
  • At least 2+ years in a corporate environment
  • Experience in the BPO or call center industry preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, coaching, and people skills
  • Result-oriented mindset focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • High ethics and integrity in all customer interactions
  • Ability to meet talk time and call handling benchmarks and daily/weekly targets
  • Legal right to work in the country (applicants are asked if they have it)
