About the role

  • Monitor and deliver sales targets for the Oke Ogun territory
  • Recruit, train and mentor a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs)
  • Develop local networks and customer relationships to drive product adoption
  • Craft and implement sales and marketing strategies to exceed targets
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaigns and fine-tune for results
  • Produce comprehensive reporting to shape future strategies
  • Handle DSR inventory and manage audit recommendations in line with company policies
  • Motivate and lead the field sales team to maximize performance

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales within FinTech, Microfinance, Telecommunications, FMCG, or related industries
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience recruiting, training and mentoring field-based Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs)
  • Leadership and team motivation skills
  • Ability to develop local networks and strong customer relationships
  • Experience monitoring and analysing marketing campaigns and producing comprehensive reporting
  • Process-oriented mindset with experience handling inventory and managing audit recommendations
  • Willingness to work in the field and meet sales targets
